We are looking for a qualified Inside Sales Executive to manage our team and provide
effective guidance. Your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be
able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective
collaboration. Responsible for driving Cloud Sales through Our Channel Partner. Driving
Customer Conversation, Prospecting, and Nurturing cloud opportunities. The Resource
should be persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals. Should possess Strong
communication, Articulation Skills and customer service skills and eagerness to learn and
get certified in new Cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, set clear team
goals, delegate tasks and set deadlines.
2. Oversee day-to-day operation, motivate team members, monitor team performance and
report on metrics, discover training needs and provide coaching.
3. Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts, recognize high
performance and reward accomplishment, encourage creativity and risk-taking, Suggest and
organize team building activities.
4. Working with Channel Partners, Enabling and Helping them Pitch Cloud Solutions to their
Customer, Encouraging Partners/ Team to do desired GTMs to Achieve Revenue.
5. Identifying Prospective Customer Opportunities, Drive QTRLY / MONTHLY Revenue / Reach
Goals.
Educational Qualification / Experience Desired:
1. Graduate in any discipline including Engineering (Computer Science preferred)
2. 4+years of Experience in customer service/ telesales preferred
3. Should possess excellent communication and convincing skills
4. Should possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Basic understanding of cloud
computing products/services
