Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Leadership: Spearhead the sales of Salesforce (SFDC) solutions to new and existing clients, focusing on both enterprise and SME segments.
  • Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and qualify cloud and CRM opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Executive Engagement: Present Salesforce solutions at the executive level (C-suite), articulating value propositions and aligning with business objectives.
  • Deal Negotiation: Lead negotiations, address objections, and drive deal closures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage complex sales cycles and multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
  • Partner Collaboration: Work closely with partner sales consultants to discover, identify, and meet customer requirements.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ), sales forecasts, and sales cycle reports; monitor and report sales activities within the system.
  • Client Success: Provide ongoing support to ensure the success of potential or current clients, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Territory Development: Develop and execute targeted territory development plans and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to achieve growth and revenue.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Total Contract Value (TCV) by acquiring new clients and expanding existing partnerships.
