Job Description
We are looking for QA Lead. Ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Java Development & Team Lead/Tech Lead.

- Must Have: Automation using Protractor, Selenium, etc. API Testing, SQL Server, Manual Testing, Web Services, React/AngularJS.
- Experience leading a 6-10 members team of QA engineers: Competent and be an advocate on software engineering tools and best practices for software testing.
- Should be having good working knowledge of STLC.
- Should have familiarity working with US Healthcare domain.
- Should have excellent knowledge of SQL.
- Should gain overall functional understanding and be able to come up with test scenarios and test cases.
- Should be having good working knowledge of leading one or more teams.
- Demonstrable familiarity with CI/CD process, testing frameworks and practices (Code Commit, Code Deploy, Code Pipeline, CLI, etc.).
- Behavioural competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Be flexible, self-directed, Self- motivated, Independent and go-getter. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Good problem solver while working as part of a team of strong QA engineers.
Optional Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and involved in client interactions for scoping, effort estimates and status reporting
