About the role:
Maxxton, a leading SaaS company specializing in reservation and property management systems for holiday park operators, campsite groups, and the vacation rental industry, is seeking a candidate with a passion for communication and digital marketing. With over 25 years of experience and rapid expansion, we are looking for a native English speaker to join our team.
Who we are looking for:
- Deep knowledge of European Finance & Accounting process to work in the Finance Module of the software
- Deeply understand the products functionality and its usage by customers, and proactively suggest improvements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating the ability to solve complex issues independently, while empowering them to self-configure and resolve.
- Carry out configuration tasks based on customer requirements and actively encourage customers to perform these tasks independently, fostering self-reliance.
- Troubleshoot customer issues with minimal guidance, leveraging strong analytical skills and providing quick, effective workarounds.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product capabilities, proposing innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of challenging tasks and lead customer interactions, ensuring issues are addressed with a high degree of expertise and professionalism.
- Follow existing processes to manage customer requests efficiently, and contribute to the continuous improvement of these processes.
- Regularly provide feedback on processes and suggest optimizations to improve internal efficiency and customer success outcomes.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge-based articles/documentation for both customers and internal staff, aiming to streamline troubleshooting and shorten resolution times.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented team environment.
- Represent the company at customer sites as required, ensuring customer engagement and fostering long-term relationships.
- The candidate should be ready to work from the office whenever required.
Skills youll need to bring:
- Manage and oversee accounting operations for EMEA and Europe regions, ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Handle end-to-end accounting processes, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Proven experience in tax accounting within the ITES/BPO environment, with a focus on the European region.
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Any Graduate (Finance specialization preferred)
