Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Business Advisors for our Navi Mumbai branch. In this role, you will engage with potential customers, understand their business needs, and recommend appropriate IndiaFilings services. Youll play a key role in client acquisition and service onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Speak with clients via phone, email, and chat to explain business and compliance services.
  
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions (e.g., GST, company registration, income tax, etc.).
  
• Follow up on leads and ensure successful conversion and onboarding.
  
• Update CRM systems with accurate customer information.
  
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduation in any field (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, etc.); MBA is a plus.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Prior experience in tele-sales or customer service is an advantage.
  
• Willingness to learn about business compliance and legal services.
