Job Description
We are looking for Senior Manager -Techno- Commercial for Noida sector 24.
Experience: 12-14 years of post-qualification relevant experience in Techno Commercial role in large scale Infrastructure / Construction projects.
Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech (Civil) from a reputed institute
Location: Noida
Role: Senior Manager Civil Engineering /Techno- Commercial
A competent professional with leadership and mentoring abilities for site level coordination, techno-commercial and budgeting & costing of large-scale development projects
KRA and Responsibilities:
- To work as a project resource as well as a central resource and will be responsible for coordinating all techno- commercial activities, end to end for one project in particular and other projects in general.
- SPOC for coordination of all commercial processes of projects
- Ensuring adherence to the project specifications, drawings and quality standards.
- Coordinate daily with PMC, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution at site
- Ensure implementation of QA/QC protocols, conduct inspections, and raise/close NCRs, if any
- Review and validate contractors and PMCs quality documentation including method statements, inspection checklists, and test reports
- Assist in preparation of budget and its management to include cost control measures
- Assist in compiling annual, quarterly and monthly budget and estimations for the projects with all stakeholders.
- Assist in Developing internal processes and TATs in discussion with the all stakeholders to streamline contractual, commercial, budgeting and billing works for the ongoing and upcoming works.
- Coordination with procurement, tendering and negotiations activities for closure of the tenders on time
- Coordination for preparation, verification, finalization and issuance of work orders, contracts and agreement for the vendors and consultants on time.
- Track payment timelines and coordinate with all stakeholders for timely payments.
- Maintain updated trackers and records of all payments, amendments, budget notes.
- Coordinate all audits including internal and external team
- Facilitate and coordinate with vendors, consultants, project team and internal departments for commercial updates and time bound issue resolution.
- Facilitate and work along with the project teams to achieve the project completion timelines.
Required Skills:
Must have worked as Site engineer for a large scal project.
Worked as Techno commercial Manager in earlier assignments in large scale construction projects
Must have an overall Knowledge and Understanding of Civil Construction, Mechanical, Structures and Finishes
Must have thorough knowledge of compliances required for billing and payments in the construction industry
Well-versed with modern prevalent contractual practices, contractual terms, procurement and tendering, QS for construction industry
Excellent negotiation and accounting skills and eye for details to highlight red flags and errors in billings/ accounts.
Knowledge of MS Excel, MS word and SAP. Comfortable for ERP based system working
Good presentation and communication skills
Preferable:
Courses in QS and Contracts/ Cost Management
Building & QS Certification
The appointment is for a dual role (central & KNMA project role) in the HCLC/ SNF Infra team and shall have dual reporting, 50: 50 to Project Lead KNMA and Commercial Head of CID Team
The appointment is based at Noida but will involve regular traveling to other cities for commercial coordination, management meetings and reviews on as required basis.
