Desired Candidate Profile

Kronos Noida is hiring a Lead UI (User Interface) Engineer who would be responsible for designing & developing the user interface of our high-performance software products. The candidate must demonstrate good analytical abilities, attention to detail and verbal & written English communication skill.

Implement the next generation UI in a variety of aspect ratios on a variety of devices

Adhere to and promote standards and web development best practices

Work with UX team to assess technical feasibility and identify risks

Working in a highly creative, detail oriented front-end web UI Environment

Create highly usable web applications & ensure high performance of front-end experiences

We are looking for someone who can turn a set of wireframes into fully functional and high availability web applications utilizing standards-compliant HTML, CSS and Javascript

Qualifications

5-8 years of software development experience in a fast-paced environment, working through all phases of the software development lifecycle

Strong hands-on experience in React.js 1.6, HTML (Preferred HTML 5) and Javascript (Ajax, DOM, jQuery, Angular/ Knockout/ Backbone/ Ext JS and JSON)

Good CSS experience (preferred CSS 3.0), knowledge of unit testing framework e.g. Jest & Enzyme

Understanding of usability, interaction designing aspects and cross-browser compatibility

Understanding of core Java, web services, XML API's and Node.js will be a plus

The person should have a proven history of innovative user interface design and development, knowledge about front-end performance optimization is a plus

Prior experience with agile methodologies and scrum practices including continuous integration and TDD is a plus

Writing complex Javascript as well as utilizing JavaScript frameworks like jQuery and strong experience in at least one MVC or MVVM architecture framework for application development
