Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Oracle HCM Senior Consultant to join our team and help to shape our business corporation. Roles and Responsibilities
You will play a pivotal role in Kovaion Oracle Cloud Practice
- Deliver end to end Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to our clients and build a strong relation with them;
- Be responsible for Technical and Functional deliverables within the project or project(s).
- Work alongside PMO and colleagues in functional, testing, change management, support and architecture roles to ensure the successful deliveries.
- Confident in presenting concepts to a variety of stakeholders and have strong influencing and negotiating skills to ensure the most appropriate solution is delivered to meet the client requirements
- Manage a workstream including on and offshore resources across multiple geographies.
- Deliver work in provided to timeline and budget and identify and manage engagement risks and flag major issues early.
- Involved in pre-sales and bid development.
- Will be travelling to various locations across the globe based on project needs.
- You will represent Kovaion at various Oracle and International forums.
- Completed at least 3-4 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects. Functional Experts in Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management.
- Hands-on experience in three of the following modules Core HR , Absence Management, Oracle HCM Payroll (US/UK) with 5+ years of experience
- Technical Expertise on Fast- Formulas, HDL, Fast Formulas and API Integration.
- Knowledge on API Integration is must.
- Experience of identifying functional gaps and provide solutions.
- Configure and test the application as per business requirement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and should be able to articulate, effectively coordinate with both internal and client teams.
