Job Requirements
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of ONTAP software releases with speed, quality and predictability across bi-annual feature releases or, monthly/bi-monthly patch releases and critical hotfix releases.
Align global teams across Engineering, Product Management, Support and Operations
Ensure software reliability and stability through rigorous quality controls and comprehensive testing procedures
Leverage data-driven insights to influence priorities and guide confident decision-making
Connect the dots across functions, surface risks early and drive mitigations to preserve momentum under pressure
Deliver crisp, executive-level updates that inform, align and inspire action
Scale program execution by introducing tools, metrics and streamlined workflows
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
Clear communicator with a bias for clarity, action and measurable outcomes
Align global teams across Engineering, Product Management, Support and Operations

Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of software development, new product introduction (NPI) lifecycles and release operations
Storage, SaaS or cloud platforms Background is preferred
Track record of influencing cross-functional, global teams without direct authority
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence and data visualization platforms (Power BI/Tableau)
Excellent problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills

Education & Experience:
