Job Description
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts.
- User Research: Conduct user research to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points.
- UI Design: Design visually appealing user interfaces with a focus on aesthetics and consistency.
- UX Design: Enhance user experiences through intuitive navigation, interaction, and accessibility.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for iterative design improvements.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, to implement designs.
- Design Documentation: Create design specifications and guidelines for developers.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with design trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- UI/UX Design Skills: Strong skills in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- User-Centered Mindset: Understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Communication: Effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Prototyping: Experience with prototyping tools and techniques.
- Usability Testing: Familiarity with usability testing methodologies.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to solve design challenges creatively.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and design consistency.
Optional Skills:
- HTML/CSS: Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for front-end implementation.
- Animation: Experience with animation tools and techniques.
- Accessibility: Knowledge of web accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
- Mobile App Design: Experience in mobile app UI/UX design.
- Illustration: Illustration skills for custom graphics and icons.
- AR/VR Design: Familiarity with augmented reality (AR) or virtual reality (VR) design.
- Interaction Design: Expertise in interaction design for complex interfaces.
