- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dot net development, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- The candidate should be well-versed in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable solutions for our organization
- The role requires a deep understanding of software development, database management, and reporting tools
Responsibilities:
- Software Development:Design, develop, test, and maintain dot net applications that meet organizational and project requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand project specifications
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards
- Database Integration:Develop, implement, and optimize ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Create and maintain database objects, including stored procedures, views, and functions
- Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Report Development:Design and develop interactive and visually appealing reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Work closely with end-users to gather report requirements and ensure reports meet business needs
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing reports for performance and usability
- System Integration:Integrate dot net applications with other systems and third-party APIs
- Collaborate with system architects and administrators to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure
- Documentation:Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment procedures, and user manuals
- Keep documentation up-to-date with changes and enhancements
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization:Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address bottlenecks and issues
- Optimize code, queries, and processes for improved performance and efficiency
