Job Description
About the Role We are looking for a Delphi Developer to deliver high-quality software solutions using Delphi and related technologies. The role involves full-stack development responsibilities, contributing to the enhancement and maintenance of our existing systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals and ensure timely and efficient delivery of project milestones.
Key Position Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver solutions through Delphi programming and associated development tasks.
- Understand application-wide requirements and contribute accordingly.
- Translate requirements into functional, maintainable code.
- Ensure technical solutions meet both functional and strategic requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Participate in solution brainstorming, sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
- Work effectively with distributed teams across various locations.
- Works independently with minimal supervision.
- Develops clean, reusable, and low-defect solutions within estimated timeframes.
- Ensures code is structured and easy for team members to understand.
Required Skills:
- 3 years of experience in software development with significant hands-on Delphi experience.
- Experience in the Window industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies preferred.
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong expertise in Delphi development.
- Familiarity with .NET is a plus.
- Proficient in working with SQL databases (SQL Server/Oracle).
- Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and source control systems.
- Familiarity with IDEs, debugging tools, and performance monitoring tools.
- Understanding of user interface design principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to document and communicate technical information effectively.
