Responsible for HR Ops Quality Audits
Prepare Monthly Quality Dashboards
Drive Process Improvements Initiative and projects
Improve HR Ops Quality Scores with RCA Analysis Team Meetings and Training Sessions
New Hire Trainings, Cross Trainings and update Sessions to be conducted
