Job Description


Role title: Quality Assurance SPOC


Role purpose:


The objective of this role is to ensure transaction quality of activities performed by HR operations team for data integrity and accuracy.
The purpose of this role is to Achieve quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis for strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership[max 5]:
Responsible for HR Ops Quality Audits
Prepare Monthly Quality Dashboards
Drive Process Improvements Initiative and projects
Improve HR Ops Quality Scores with RCA Analysis Team Meetings and Training Sessions
New Hire Trainings, Cross Trainings and update Sessions to be conducted

Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:


Essential:


  • Good understanding of Quality Compliance role and responsibility
    Certified Six Sigma Greenbelt (Preferable)
    Subject Matter Expert on HR Operations Processes (Preferable)
    End to End Knowledge on Quality Systems and Processes
    Good Communication Skills
    Attention to detail and Analysing Information/data

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • Bachelors(mandatory)/ Post Graduate Degree(not mandatory)
    5+ Years of HR Operations Experience
    Good Excel and Presentation Skills
  • Acts as 1st point of contact for managing all Operational escalations received from the stakeholders and ensures RCA & long term fix for the same.
    Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, corrective actions, and re-validations.
    Facilitating meeting with administrators/ team leads and leading process diagnostic for articulation of process issues and solution formulation.
    Monitoring and Feeding regular data/ improvements in Quality frame work.
