Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Management: Capable to to stock Validation, Reconciliation, and Reporting Should have sound knowledge about CMDB, GRN and Inventory Management Ensure to have SapphireIMS like tool knowledge and asset discovery Should have sound experience of Asset life cycle Management.
- Technical Knowledge Should have technical knowledge to do the. Installation , Configuration etc Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Provide training and development opportunities to team members.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee the maintenance, capital improvements, and lifecycle management of assets. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless asset management operations.
- Skills and Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Asset Management Professional) is preferred. Experience: Proven experience in asset management, with experience of 4-5 years at least
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of asset management principles and practices. Proficiency in asset management software and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Other Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
