Job Description

Diverse Lynx is looking for Network L1 to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.As a Network L1 Professional, you will be responsible for providing fundamental support in the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the organization's network infrastructure. You will work closely with senior network engineers and IT staff to ensure the seamless operation of the network.Key Responsibilities : Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting : Monitor network performance and identify issues proactively.

Respond to alerts and incidents, performing basic troubleshooting to resolve connectivity and performance problems.User Support : Assist end-users with basic network-related issues, such as connectivity problems and access requests.Provide technical support to internal staff on network-related matters.Configuration and Installation : Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

Ensure proper documentation of network configurations and changes.Collaboration : Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement network solutions and improvements.Work closely with Level 2 and Level 3 support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.Security : Follow security best practices in network administration.Assist in implementing and maintaining network security protocols.
