5-10 Years FUNCTIONAL AREA
IT ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in M365 administration, migration and Support. Must have migration project experience. Good to have contribution experience towards solution architecture. Shift timings: 5:30 PM- 02:30 AM IST or 06:30 PM - 3:30 AM. Technical Skills.

3+ years in Exchange Migration (Hybrid, IMAP) & O365 Exchange Online, Skype for Business.

2+ years in AD, ADFS, AAD Connect, 1+ year in Azure Administration.

Solid hands on experience in Intune.

Expert in Exchange 2007-2013, O365, and Skype for Business migrations.

Provide L2/L3 support for email infrastructure and incident management.

Perform patches, upgrades, and disaster recovery tasks.

Set up mailboxes, device enrollments, and redundant environments.

Assist with SOP/KB creation and support knowledge management.

Manage Office 365 environments, address client issues, and ensure service availability.

Participate in projects, handle escalations, and interact with Microsoft vendors.

Strong skills in Exchange, Outlook, Windows Server, Active Directory, and ADFS.

Excellent communication skills and global client experience.
