We need many Civil engineers for our new hydropower project in Bhutan
Engineer should have knowledge of plan, design, test, and oversee the construction, operation, and maintenance of hydropower structures.
Civil engineers assess the integrity of and help maintain hydropower facility structures.
Job Summary
For the project implementation, responsible for supervision and recording of all construction operations, survey works, coordination, quality control, construction of camp facilities, access roads, local area development works and other duties as directed by the Project Manager.
Work Descriptions and Responsibility
a) Assist Site Coordinator for day-to-day works at Site;
b) Assist Site Coordinator in planning and review of drawings/ documents/ correspondences;
c) Plan, design, estimate and supervise project infrastructure and facilities at site (including CSR activities) and prepare payment certificates thereof;
d) Support the Site Coordinator for coordination with local authorities as needed;
e) Monitor the contractors plan with the project plan
f) Assist the Coordinator to prepare progress reports;
g) Assist to check and verify contractors payment
h) Participate in the site meetings as required by the Coordinator;
i) Perform any other duties as assigned by the Site Coordinator and the management time to time
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree with first division in Civil Engineering and having minimum 2 years of experience in Hydropower Project. Willing to relocate at Bhutan Project
