Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Will own and drive the life cycle of features and products, from high Level concept design to delivery and end -of-life.
- Leading Multi-functional team of Business Analysts, Engineering Head, Project Managers and Banking Professionals
- Supporting Marketing, Sales and Partner Relationship
- Owning the end-to-end product lifecycle of Banking Products of the Company driving innovation and positive results.
- Through deep understanding of customer pain points and financial operations, championing solutions that streamline their workflows and remove friction.
- Envisioning the evolving needs of customers, develop and execute a multi-year strategy that addresses their most pressing Ready-to-plug in banking products
- Will represent the customer voice within internal teams, articulating their needs with clarity and precision.
- Will lead and collaborate Product Engineering Team to discover innovative solutions that address current problems while optimizing for the future vision.
- Will lead and participate in customer calls with the sales team, providing expert product insights and fostering successful deals.
- Will exercise sound judgment and make decisive trade offs to prioritize product roadmap features.
- Will partner with the marketing team to position the accounting solution effectively within the competitive landscape.
- Will monitor and work closely with the support team to ensure seamless resolution of product-related issues.
- Will represent Companys Banking Products as a domain expert at industry and partner events, customer visits, and other outbound activities.
- Will be the leader, coach, and mentor to your Business Analyst, Project Managers and Engineering Managers , helping them grow professionally in their careers.
- Minimum 20 years experience in Techno Functional areas in Banking Products Domain
- Minimum 10 years Experience in Java Stack of Products Development frame work by leading a Team of at least 50 people , involving multiple release of the Product lines to existing as well as New Licensees.
- Reasonably good exposure/knowledge in any one or more AI tools. How to implement AI features in a Banking Product from simple text based seacr to data base Based query extraction and formatting.
- Excellent communication skills in English, and Tamil. Spoken Knowledge in Hindi is additional positive
- Must be a gadget freak - must know digital devices such as Tablet, IPAD, WIFI, HOT Spot etc., Should know the various ways to organize Pre-sales Presentation Anywhere, any device Presentation readiness.
- Should be familiar with Microsoft Office stack - PPT, Word, XLS in particular
- Must be bold, fearless, restless and career oriented and articulate.
- Willing to work under pressure for delivery completion without escalation to superiors .
