Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting Operations: Manage daily accounting transactions using Tally ERP, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• GST Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) accurately and on time.
• TDS Management: Deduct and deposit TDS as per Income Tax Act provisions; file quarterly TDS returns and issue certificates.
• Tax Filings & Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of income tax returns and other statutory filings.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Audit & Documentation: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in accounting with hands-on experience in GST filing, Tally ERP, and TDS compliance.
  Skills:
  
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
  
• Strong understanding of GST and TDS regulations.
  
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
