Job Description
Diverse Lynx is looking for Microsoft SCCM Administrator to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft SCCM Administrator to join our IT team. The SCCM Administrator will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing System Center Configuration Manager solutions to ensure efficient deployment, management, and security of IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, expertise in SCCM, and a proactive approach to system administration.Responsibilities : SCCM Implementation : Design, plan, and implement SCCM infrastructure to meet organizational requirements.Configure and optimize SCCM components for effective system management.
Application Deployment : Manage application deployments and updates using SCCM.Ensure successful and timely distribution of software packages to end-user devices.Operating System Deployment : Develop and maintain operating system deployment (OSD) task sequences.Coordinate and execute OS deployments and upgrades across the organization.Patch Management : Implement and manage patch management processes using SCCM.Monitor and report on the compliance of systems with patching policies.Security Compliance : Enforce security compliance standards using SCCM.Implement security baselines and configurations for endpoint devices.Troubleshooting and Support : Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SCCM-related issues.Collaborate with other IT teams to address and resolve complex technical challenges.
Documentation : Maintain accurate documentation of SCCM configurations, processes, and procedures.Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for SCCM administration.Training and Knowledge Sharing : Provide training and guidance to IT staff on SCCM best practices.Stay informed about SCCM updates, features, and industry best practices.
