ManuKabir Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is a pioneering initiative for an apparel manufacturing unit of one million pieces per annum capacity production with blending of skill development with cutting edge manufacturing. Job Responsibility:

1. Responsible for overseeing the entire production process while ensuring efficiency, quality and adherence to timelines.
2. Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflow strategies to optimize operations.
3. Supervise production teams, enforce strict quality control measures and ensure timely deliveries.
4. Focus on resource optimization, cost reduction and maintaining compliance with safety regulations and industry standards to achieve maximum productivity.

Qualification & Experience: Bachelors/Masters degree in Textile Technology, Apparel Manufacturing, or a related field, with 7-12 years of experience in apparel production management. Strong leadership, problem-solving and process optimization skills are essential.
