The Opportunity

Nutanix is looking for a top-notch Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. This position requires a highly dedicated individual who can deliver results in a high-growth, ever-evolving environment. With minimal supervision and working at the highest technical level in most phases of business analysis. This position collaborates with Business, SE teams, Engineering, Operations and Business Analytics teams to define and deliver processes and business value.

About the Team

You will report to the Director of Product Management, who values open communication and encourages input from all team members. Our work setup is hybrid, allowing for a flexible balance between remote work and in-office collaboration; team members are expected to visit the office 2-3 days per week. Importantly, the role does not require any travel, enabling you to focus entirely on your work and contributions within the team without the need for off-site commitments.

Your Role

• Lead end-to-end product management for an industry-leading infrastructure monitoring product. Own and drive the roadmap for telemetry tracking and reporting across various Nutanix and non-Nutanix infrastructure stacks.
• Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to shape the product strategy.
• Partner with key business and technical stakeholders to enhance current products and develop new ones. Own stakeholder management.
• Drive and project manage initiatives End to End from inception to delivery.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes for engineering teams to provide scalable solutions to Nutanix.
• Provides input into and oversight of product definition and solution design for requested new features and ux enhancements for internal systems.
• Deliver On Schedule, On Budget and On Scope Projects.
• Prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product success.
• Act as liaison between business partners to manage business priorities, communicate changes in scope or schedule, and identify risks.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively with a cross-functional team.

What You Will Bring

• Exhibits keen interest and experience in working with evolving business models in large-scale, complex, transformational cloud-based SaaS solutions.
• Should have familiarity with data center concepts-compute / storage / virtualization /servers / cloud basics and telemetry
• Ideally should have worked on infrastructure monitoring / reporting products.
• Proven work experience (3-5 years) in product management with exposure to SaaS/Enterprise
• Proven ability to develop products and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Proven experience working in an Agile software development lifecycle.
• Technical background with understanding of software development/web technologies.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment that requires flexibility and the capacity to quickly learn and assimilate information/new skills is essential.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
