Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves, and crafting HR policies. The candidate will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And also act as the main point of contact for employees queries on HR-related topics. The goal is to ensure the HR department s operations are running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

Skills & Experience:

Proven 5+ years of experience required as HR Generalist (2 years as a Team handling and 3+ in core recruitment)
Efficient HR administration and people management skills
Excellent record-keeping skills
Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software
Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Hands on Experience required in Recruitment, Payroll, TDS, Attendance Management, Induction, Exit Formalities, Performance appraisal And Training- Development etc.
Academic Qualification:
MBA, BBA, PGDM(HR), BA, Diploma in HR and Marketing, Preferred IT background candidates
Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters
Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
Recommend strategies to motivate employees
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts
Investigate complaints brought forward by employees
Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
Employee Onboarding
Manage the organization s employee database and prepare reports
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
Assist with budget monitoring and payroll
Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
