Job Description
- 6+ Experiencein designing and hands-on development in cloud-based analytics solutions.
- Expert level understanding on AzureData Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, and Azure App Serviceis required.
- Designing and building of datapipelines using API ingestion and Streaming ingestion methods.
- Knowledge ofDev-Ops processes (including CI/CD) and Infrastructure as code isessential.
- Experience in developing NO SQLsolutions using Azure Cosmos DB is essential.
- Thorough understanding of Azure and AWSCloud Infrastructure offerings.
- Strong experience in common datawarehouse modelling principles including Kimball, Inmon.
- Experience in additional Modern DataPlatforms related technologies such as Snowflake, Matillion, BryteFlow andTableau are a distinct advantage.
- Knowledge in AzureDatabricks, Azure IoT, Azure HDInsight + Spark, Azure Stream Analytics, PowerBI is desirable.
- Knowledge of Microsoft BI Stack(SSRS/SSAS (Tabular with DAX & OLAP with MDX) SSIS) is desirable. Knowledge of C# and Hands-on withPowershell scripting is desirable.
- Working knowledge of Python isdesirable.
- Experience developing security models.

- Engage and collaborate with customersto understand business requirements/use cases and translate them into detailedtechnical specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers forproject/sprint planning by estimating technical tasks and deliverables.
- Engage with clientsu2019 leadership andtechnology teams in strategic discussions to provide technical strategy andindustry guidance to improve their long-term business goals.
- Staying abreast of the latestdevelopments in the modern data platform area (especially Azure analyticsservices.
- Lead small and large teams indelivering solutions for customers.
- Develop best practices includingreusable code, libraries, patterns, and consumable frameworks for cloud-baseddata warehousing and ETL.
- Maintain best practice standards forthe development or cloud-based data warehouse solutioning including namingstandards.
