Job Summary
As an email marketer, you will develop, implement and optimize email marketing strategies for our company to help reach and connect with our target audience. This will include email content creation, email scheduling, list segmentation, email delivery and performance analysis to drive conversions and foster strong relationships with existing clients. You will also study data insights to optimize campaigns, improve engagement and drive measurable results. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for email marketing, a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the Indian market and consumer behavior. Job Requirements
- Data Mining: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using data mining to analyze customer behavior, optimize outreach strategies, and personalize content for improved conversion rates.
- Tools: Proficient in tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar email marketing platforms.
- Drafting and Customizing: Create and customize email templates as per client requirements.
- PPT Presentations: Develop visually appealing and engaging email templates that align with the brand voice and marketing goals. Enhance the look and feel by adding custom buttons and CTAs as needed.
- Segmentation: Segment email lists based on customer behavior, engagement, and demographics for B2B and B2C clients.
- A/B Testing: Set up email campaigns and conduct A/B testing to ensure effectiveness.
- Report Analysis: Maintain and analyze reports like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, with a focus on email marketing.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in IT, digital marketing, and web development industries.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
