Automation Test Lead - Python & Selenium @ Squareroot

Desired Candidate Profile

Business / Technical skills : Experience in eCommerce application, SQL or Oracle- Database, Mobile Applications

Automation Tool/Framework : 4yrs in Selenium WebDriver along with Python language, Appium, TestNG framework and JUnit

- Should have implemented at least one or two Automation Framework

- Programming Language: Must have experience in Python programming language and nice to have knowledge of Swift language

- Source code management Tool: Should have knowledge of Team Foundation Server and TFS tools, nice to have knowledge of DevOps

- Build Tools: Maven and Jenkins

- Defect tracking tool: Jira or any equivalent

- Soft skills: Communication (verbal and written)

- Certifications: ISTQB Advanced level or any Equivalent certification

- Team ManagementLead: Manage a team size of 3 to 5

- Ability to script using Selenium - Python with a strong concept of object-oriented programming.

- Implement script design techniques

- Implement and develop automated test practices for both web and mobile application

- Implement Mobile automation through Appium tool or any equivalent tool

- Ability to build automation Framework (like Pytest, Unittest )and enhancement Framework as part of continuous improvement

- Submission of POCs for new Automation initiatives

- Conduct code Reviews and maintaining code review documents

- Responsible for the Automation Test artifacts (Automation process, coding standards) and ensuring to adhere to best practices and coding standards

- Implementation of tools to support any test activities.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills

- Ability to lead the technical discussions and presentations.

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
