JTSi Technologies India is looking for US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

• Job Title: US IT RecruiterJob Summary: As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top IT talent for various clients in the US market
• You will work closely with the clients to understand their requirements, identify qualified candidates, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish
• Key Responsibilities:Source, screen, and recruit top IT talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
• Identify qualified candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting phone and video interviews, and administering technical assessments
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and extending job offers
• Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
• Requirements:Experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency or consulting firm
• Knowledge of US immigration laws and work authorization requirements
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to source and recruit top IT talent in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
