Job Description
Description:We are looking for a highly experienced and solution-oriented Senior Java Developer / Technical Lead with a strong background in building scalable microservices and managing technical delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Java and related technologies and should have led small teams to successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Java development; exposure to Rust, Go, or Kotlin is a plus.
- Proficient in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and RESTful services.
- Good understanding of authentication and authorization protocols: Auth0, OAuth2, SAML2, Identity Management.
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL), distributed persistence, and Kubernetes Operators.
- Familiarity with messaging systems like RabbitMQ.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins, and Harness for deployment.
- Experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, software testing, defect tracking, and release processes.
- Experience with source control (Git) and continuous integration pipelines.
- Excellent knowledge of development methodologies and unit testing principles.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead technical design discussions, drive backlog planning, and finalize solution architecture.
- Manage and mentor a team of developers while ensuring timely and high-quality technical deliverables.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and product teams for technical feasibility and implementation.
- Analyze and derive development requirements from SRS and design documentation.
- Implement clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and system testing processes.
- Maintain excellent documentation and communication with cross-functional teams.
