Key Responsibilities:
Leverage Ansible, Ansible Tower(2-3 Yrs of Exp), and Dynamic Inventory for automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
Manage and deploy infrastructure and applications using Terraform and custom Terraform modules.
Oversee Artifactory, JFrog, and Nexus repositories for artifact storage, management, and versioning.
Configure and manage Kong API Gateway and Kong Konnect to ensure smooth API management and security.
Work with Harness CI/CD for automated software deployment and release management.
Implement and manage version control using Bitbucket, GitLab, and GitHub to support code collaboration and versioning.
Work with HashiCorp Vault for managing secrets, ensuring secure access to infrastructure and applications.
Develop and maintain robust Linux systems, including shell scripting and automation through Bash.
Ensure containerization and orchestration are handled effectively using Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot infrastructure and applications to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to enhance system scalability and security.
Primary Skillset:
Ansible, Ansible Tower, Dynamic Inventory:
Expertise in writing and managing Ansible playbooks and roles.
Experience with Ansible Tower for managing and automating deployments.
Proficiency in creating dynamic inventories for managing cloud-based and hybrid environments.
Jenkins CI/CD Pipeline, JSL:
Strong experience with Jenkins to build and manage CI/CD pipelines.
Proficient in writing Jenkins Script Language (JSL) for automation tasks.
Artifactory, JFrog, Nexus:
Expertise in managing and maintaining artifact repositories using Artifactory, JFrog, and Nexus.
Experience in configuring and securing these tools for artifact storage and version control.
Kong API Gateway & Kong Konnect:
Hands-on experience with Kong API Gateway for API management.
Familiarity with Kong Konnect for cloud-native API management, security, and observability.
Terraform & Terraform Modules:
Experience in using Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.
Strong understanding of writing and using reusable Terraform modules for efficient infrastructure management.
Version Control Systems (VCS):
Proficiency in managing source code using Bitbucket, GitLab, and GitHub.
Experience in branching, merging, and managing pull requests and repositories.
Familiarity with Git workflows and best practices in a collaborative development environment.
HashiCorp Vault:
Experience in managing and securing secrets with HashiCorp Vault.
Proficiency in integrating Vault with cloud and on-prem infrastructure for secure access to sensitive data.
Secondary Skillset:
Harness CI/CD:
Familiarity with Harness CI/CD for simplifying and automating continuous integration and delivery processes.
Docker & Kubernetes (K8s):
Proficiency in Docker for containerizing applications and services.
Strong experience with Kubernetes (K8s) for managing containerized applications in a production environment.
Linux & Bash Scripting:
Strong knowledge of Linux systems administration and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Bash scripting for automation tasks and system management.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of DevOps or Site Reliability experience.
- Experience with at least one major public cloud environment. Azure is a plus.
- Production experience with creating, running and maintaining stateful applications in containers (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
- Production experience with creating and upgrading containers orchestration platforms such as Azure AKS.
- Extensive experience with CI/CD systems, particularly GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Experience with configuring and maintaining observability of the containeraized applications (logging, traces with OpenTelemetry, metrics with Prometheus, dashboards in Grafana).
- Experience with backup and recovery procedures for Postgres, MinIO.
- Understanding and experience with securing applications on Kubernetes using network policies and RBAC.
- Experience with source code management tools such as GIT and SubVersion.
- Good shell scripting skills using Bash.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Scrum, Kanban.
- Familiarity JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong command of English in professional and technical contexts.
