Job Description

Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows operating systems, including Windows Server and Windows desktop systems
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Windows systems and networks
Configuring and maintaining security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and anti-virus software, to ensure the security of Windows systems and networks
Managing and monitoring Windows-based systems and networks, including backups, updates, and performance monitoring
Providing technical support to users, including resolving hardware and software issues, and assisting with the installation and configuration of software applications
Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
