Proactively and creatively source and maintain relationships with top talent in the industry
Collaborate with the hiring managers as a true business partner to understand team growth needs and technical hiring requirements and to create comprehensive recruitment strategies.
Screen and interview candidates to assess technical and soft skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Partner with internal stakeholders and leaders to provide insights on the hiring market and improve recruitment processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in recruiting metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring for technical positions.
In-depth understanding of technical roles, preferably in the Healthcare domain.
Strong sourcing skills with expertise in using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and various sourcing tools.
Proven experience working with ATS.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing candidate pipelines and documentation.
A passion for technology and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
Demonstrated experience in building and managing talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
