Manage mail communications with contributing physicians, internal stakeholders, etc.
Co-ordinate with internal franchise teams and contributing physicians for content collation or creation, etc. Content types could be courses, presentations, videos, publications and pdf documents, blog articles, etc.
General Quality control of content: general proof-reading, presentation template changes and reformatting, renaming files, identifying and deleting duplicate files,
Managing content metadata-e.g. updating physician's photographs, names and affiliations.
Maintain a physician email database.
Taking content through internal review workflow.
Optimize the content, which means shortening the content to make it suitable for web environment and also converting it to right formats (ppt to HTML, ppt to video, etc.)
Co-ordinate with the vendor to manage content management activities like uploading, archiving, classification, etc.
Run analytics on the portal, generate reports and circulate to stakeholders as required.
Manage social media channels dedicated to the digital education portal. Create Twitter banks, YouTube clips, etc. Coordinate with social media program managers for content approvals and queries, create and execute social media calendar.
Maintain a unified calendar of virtual events. Co-ordinate with marketing teams to collect event data and create online event. Facilitate live webinars and live streams.
