IRS - Air Cargo - Sr. Product Consultant @ IBS Software Services

Key responsibilities:
Collaboration: Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
Product Solutioning: Identify, develop, and maintain solutions that align with business strategies and objectives, ensuring they meet both technical and commercial requirements.
Strategic Consulting: Offer expertise in product best practices and market trends to guide the business in making informed decisions that maximize the products impact.
Client Engagement: Interact with clients to understand their business needs, present tailored product solutions, and communicate complex concepts in a clear, approachable manner.
Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies, using these insights to inform and strengthen product strategies.

Qualifications:
Education: Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 8-10 years in product consulting, product management, or a similar role, with a focus on delivering impactful solutions in a B2B environment.
Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in the Air Cargo or logistics domain is preferred.
Technical Expertise: Understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure) and emerging technologies relevant to product innovation.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team

Good to have skills:
Experience in working with emerging technologies like generative ai, blockchain, machine learning, IoT etc.
Experience in agile methodologies and general project management.
Good appreciation for the business/commercial impact of solution design and architecture.
