Job Description
Requirements Gathering and Documentation:
o Work closely with clients to gather detailed business requirements related to airline
o Document requirements accurately and comprehensively, ensuring clarity and completeness.
o Create detailed functional specifications, process flows, and other relevant documentation.
o Obtain formal sign-off from clients on all documented requirements.
Offshore Collaboration:
o Effectively collaborate with clients from an offshore location, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
o Conduct regular meetings and discussions with clients to discuss requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns.
o Maintain clear and consistent communication channels to ensure client satisfaction.
Domain Expertise:
o Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in airline messaging.
o Advise on process improvements if any
Problem Solving:
o Analyse client problems and provide effective solutions.
o Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies.

- Knowledge of Airline domain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients.
- Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise functional specifications and process flows.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an offshore environment.
- Proficient in using relevant business analysis tools and software.
- Ability to manage time, and tasks, effectively.
