1) Monitor and maintain the stability and performance of production systems and applications.
2) Respond promptly to production incidents and outages, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
3) Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders to resolve production issues and implement preventive measures.
4) Perform routine checks and health assessments of production systems, identifying potential risks and areas for improvement.
5) Implement and maintain monitoring tools and alerting mechanisms to proactively identify and address system anomalies and performance bottlenecks.
6) Participate in the deployment and rollout of new software releases and updates to production environments.
7) Document incident reports, root cause analyses, and resolution procedures for future reference and continuous improvement.
8) Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and other stakeholders.
9) Collaborate with third-party vendors and support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
10) Proficiency in English Language (Oral and Written)
11) Proven experience working with Service Now, Jira, SQL, Java (and frameworks Sprout, Spring boot, Camel etc.)
12) NOSQL Db s, Angular, Javascript, Openedge
13) Preferably 10 years of experience (with some onsite exposure)
