Job Description
- Deep knowledge of any cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation
- Certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or similar certifications is a plus.
- Must have familiarity with the fundamentals of different software platforms/cloud /servers/databases and limited experience with one language, server, database and cloud
- Must have experience with CI/CD, IaC tools and scripting languages to automate tasks for building and deploying code and data in various environments.
- Must have experience in software operations concepts and can guide other team members in implementation of CI/CD
- Must have experience in creating and maintaining infrastructure and configuration management.
- Must have knowledge in coding best practices, code analysis tools, unit testing for quality and secure software
- Must have experience in collaboration with multiple teams Development, Support, QA, Operations for quality and timely release
- Nice to have experience in monitoring tools and the use of it to track performance of applications and user experience.
- Nice to have experience in cloud cost management and have basic knowledge in cost control like adoption of spot, ASG, RI, serverless and other right sizing techniques
- Nice to have experience in leading and mentoring DevOps Engineers
- Responsible for designing and implementing CI/CD for On Prem and Cloud applications.
- Responsible for managing and mentoring DevOps engineers.
- Responsible for evaluating and providing report on in organization and industry updates in DevOps landscape.
- Gaining deep domain expertise in the (TTL) Travel, Transportation & Logistics domain
- Working with the latest technologies & cutting edge tools to redefine the travel sector
