Job Description

Collaborating with cross functional teams and vendor to address and resolve defects efficiently
Tracking defects, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting, communicating defect status, trends and resolutions to internal teams and PWC
Analyse defects to determine root causes and impacts on project timelines and deliverables
Driving conversations and holding meetings with vendor and internal teams on defect logs and requirements
Project Managing the defects and driving them to closure effectively
Technical Skill sets: None, PMP/Agile Preferred, Banking Domain Preferred
