This position involves reconciling travel accounts, addressing traveler queries, and overseeing the administration of the corporate card program.Your daily responsibilities will include responding to travel-related enquiries guided by Accenture policies, facilitating corporate card applications, liaising with external partners such as travel management company and other vendors, and conducting detailed travel data analysis to ensure accurate account reconciliation. This role requires a meticulous approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.Roles & Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond promptly to travel-related queries via Accenture tools, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
Address corporate card enquiries, including credit adjustments, cancellations, and processing new applications.
Manage end-to-end accrual and payment process for the vendors, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and timely completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee accurate reconciliation and on-time payments.
Partner with external vendors and associated 3rd parties to effectively manage the corporate card program.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Proficiency in both written and verbal English.
Experience in customer service, travel, BPO or shared services.
Good communication skill
Strong MS Excel knowledge and analytical skills
Ability to manage and work autonomously and independently
Flexibility with working hours
Basic knowledge of travel industry
