1. Handling service delivery of a portfolio of accounts responsible for on-time delivery, quality & meeting customer commitments
2. A leadership role with extensive software delivery experience and proven ability to manage cross functional teams
3. Drive initiatives for continuous improvement & Engineering excellence across portfolio
Job Accountabilities
1. Owns P&L of the portfolio
2. Responsible for Delivery excellence, People plan across projects under the portfolio
3. Establish program controls in the portfolio and proactively monitor, intervene for positive outcomes
4. Proactively identify, resolve or escalate issues that may impede the team s ability to deliver solutions(s) against committed timelines and revenues.
5. Lead Customer leadership meetings on behalf of IBS, Build & maintain customer relationships
6. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
7. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to project managers driving individual projects
8. Manage stakeholders who are involved in the projects and programs
9. Driving continuous improvement and technical excellence in engineering for highest quality and productivity
Candidate Profile
1. ~20 years of overall experience with a proven track record and experience in service delivery, scaling up a software engineering organization
2. Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) with an extensive experience leading team in Agile culture & Clean Code
3. Experience in Architectures like Microservice & SOA, Cloud, AWS, Serverless, CI/CD, SPA etc.
4. Experience in developing & maintaining High volume and high availability enterprise applications
5. Experience in working with Customer leadership , CXO level engagement and managing diverse stakeholders to achieve program objectives
6. Results-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
7. Work experience in Travel Industry will be an advantage
8. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
9. Exceptional in leadership and empathy skills.
10. Ability to drive change and initiatives and succeed under uncertainty
