Job Location: Bangalore

Desired Experience/Skills:
The candidate will work closely with Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering teams in conceptualization, proof-of-concept, implementation and demonstration of Quality Engineering solutions across Unit, Integration, System, and UAT test phases. This is a leadership role and requires fostering an engineering culture and deliver exceptional results.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Engage Customer & Internal Stakeholders in reimagining delivery processes, tools, technologies to lay the foundation for improvement in delivery impact, cycle time, productivity and quality
Work closely with Clusters to drive specific Step Change initiatives in Key Accounts to enhance delivery impact
Drive design, modification, development, and implementation of test automation frameworks
Implement Automation in Test Design, Test Execution, Test Data
Design and implement Service Virtualization across Unit, Integration, System and UAT test phases
Design and implement Performance Testing & Performance Engineering practices
Implement Continuous Testing Strategy Unit, Integration, Functional & Non-Functional Testing
Implement Defect Prevention Strategies
Re-engineer processes, tools & teams towards agility, DevOps

SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED

Experience in Requirements Engineering, Test Design methodologies
Experience in GroovyScript /Python /Ruby/ JavaScript
Experience in Test Strategy, Requirement Traceability, Impact Analysis, Regression Selection, Test Lifecycle Management, Test Data
Experience in BDD,TDD, ATDD
Experience in Domain Specific Languages like Gherkin, RSpec
Experience in n-tier Web Applications, Mobile Applications, API, Microservices
Experience in Automated Unit, Integration & Functional Testing using APIs, UI and Databases
Experience in HP ALM, JIRA
Experience in SoapUI, Cucumber, BrowserStack, Perfecto, UFT, Selenium, Postman
Experience in Jmeter, Blazemeter, HP LoadRunner, ELK, Jagger
Experience in Jenkins, Maven

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to engage CxOs of Customer engagements with content-led initiatives, in Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering, applied to Test Architecture, Test Automation, Robotic Process Automation, Test Lifecycle Management
5+ years experience in Java, JS or Python Programming, Design, Multi-tier architecture
Experience Agile, DevOps development environment
5+ Years in Test Automation
