Improve quality of hires (identify deserving & experienced candidates)
Expectations:
Will be responsible to generate unique Pharmacist & Pharmacy Assistant leads from organized/unorganized retail pharmacies and also generate references from the same
To ensure that 100% leads (candidates) generated, register and apply onto the VHP and to share the daily leads generation tracker with the aligned regional recruiter & regional HR head every day (To track on google sheets)
The senior regional recruiter / regional HR Head to present/share the field hiring new leads generated to joining conversion snapshot on/before 25th of every month with the Corporate hiring team
Requirements:
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in retail volume hiring/NGO connects/mobilization of candidates/any other disciplines field lead generation experience (not necessarily hiring)
Age: Preferably less than 30 Years old
Should be flexible to travel and work from the field for atleast 20 days in a month
Qualification: Any graduate(HR qualification will be an added advantage)
