Job Description
Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Remote
Department: Marketing
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and professionally trained Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a formal design education and the ability to take projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, strong brand awareness, and the ability to replicate and adapt elements from existing campaigns while maintaining consistency and quality across all channels.
You will be responsible for producing a variety of assets across digital and print media, ensuring every piece aligns with our brand and supports our broader marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of projects from concept through execution and final delivery
Design for various channels including email, social media, digital ads, landing pages, presentations, and print collateral
Collaborate with marketing, content, and web teams to bring creative ideas to life
Maintain and evolve brand standards and ensure visual consistency across platforms
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and upholding high design quality
Prepare final artwork for web and print production
Qualifications:
A degree in Graphic Design or a related field (formal design education required)
5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in marketing or an agency setting
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of design principles including layout, typography, and color theory
Ability to follow and adapt brand guidelines with precision
Comfortable taking initiative and working independently on full design projects
Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus for collaborating with web developers
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively
Experience designing for Shopify (e.g., product visuals, landing pages)
Familiarity with Klaviyo for email marketing design
