About the Role:
We are urgently hiring an HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the right talent is sourced, screened, and placed effectively. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Understand job descriptions and client requirements to source the right candidates.
Post job ads on job portals, social media, and other relevant platforms.
Maintain candidate databases and track application processes.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth onboarding.
Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and clients.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in any discipline (HR specialization preferred).
04 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
