Key Responsibilities:
Project Phase Responsibilities:
Support in infrastructure planning, office setup, and procurement of essential
resources.
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and project teams to support smooth
execution of site development.
Manage temporary site offices, security, and logistics for project staff.
Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, environmental clearances, and
safety norms during the project phase.
Help with administrative onboarding of key personnel during the project
phase.
General Administration:
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations at the plant.
Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of office buildings, plant
infrastructure, and utilities.
Implement and monitor administrative policies, procedures, and best
practices.
Facility && Security Management:
Supervise security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure a safe
and secure work environment.
Implement security measures, surveillance, and emergency response
protocols.
Coordinate with external agencies for fire safety, disaster management, and
crisis handling.
Statutory Compliance and Liaison:
Ensure compliance with local regulations, labour laws, and statutory
requirements.
Help Liaise with government authorities for approvals, licensing, and audits.
Vendor & Contract Management:
Oversee procurement and vendor management for administrative supplies
and services.
Negotiate contracts with service providers, security agencies, housekeeping,
and maintenance teams.
