BI Developer @ Ringcentral

We are looking for a proactive, detail-focused, and enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our team, transforming data into valuable information, information into insights, and insights into strategic actions that support customer needs and company objectives. In this role, you ll work with a fast-growing product designed to help customers visualize and interpret their call statistics and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources, providing insights that inform business decisions.

• Data Visualization: Create clear and compelling data reports and dashboards using 3rd party GoodData Analytical Designer tool.

• Ad Hoc Analysis: Respond to urgent business queries with timely, insightful analysis.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with different teams (e.g., product, marketing, operations) to understand their data needs, translating them into actionable analytical tasks.

• Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness, performing data cleansing as needed.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate data collection and reporting processes.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., GoodData, Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex datasets, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.

Non-Technical Skills:

• High level of self-motivation: ability to take charge of own results and progress

• Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying issues and solutions within datasets and analysis workflows.

• Attention to Details: High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in data processing and reporting.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
