Job Description

    Basic Job Functions: Performs, as directed, all necessary maintenance of the facility, equipment and grounds, in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Plans and schedules daily work assignments for maintenance technicians. Coordinates the technical activities, rolls up technical data to drive for improvement Experience: A minimum of 2 years maintenance experience. Leadership or previous supervisory experience preferred Education: Associate degree, or Bachelor/Engineering degree. Mechanical, electrical or automation field are desired. Required Skills/Competencies: Good communication in English, spoken and written are required. Able to coordinate technical activities and made proposal for solution Knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skill. Proven organizational and supervisory skills. Electrical and Mechanical knowledge is required. Knowledge of Vacuum Systems or Laser operations is preferable. Knowledgeable in problem solving analysis such as Why-Why Analysis, Fishbone diagram and 7-Steps. Proven knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment experience is preferred Essential Responsibilities: Coordinate technical activities and made proposal for solution Lead a team of technicians on shift assignment of equipment maintenance task. Schedules and plans daily assignments as scheduled and as directed. Performs the on-site service and repair of process equipment, maintenance of the facility and communicates parts inventory levels. Troubleshoots and services all energy sources on all equipment and implements the preventative maintenance program. Interfaces with internal customers, other departments and vendors. Follows standard OSHA, EPA and Company safe practices on all work assignments. Identifies and recommends opportunities for cost savings. Responsible for the training of maintenance technicians Ability to read electrical & mechanical drawings and technical manuals Reporting Relationships: Travel: Up to 10% of global travel is expected. Physical Requirements: Willing to support factory beyond working time if needed. Willing to be ready for OT if needed due to business need Be able to adapt with crisis condition of factory Able to perform normal physical movements (e.g., standing & sitting for a long period, lifting, carrying and climbing) according to EHS ergonomic guidelines. Will sit, stand or walk short distances for up to 12 hours per day. Will climb stairs on an occasional basis. Will lift up to 23 kg on an occasional basis, according to Minister of Health guidelines Will lift up to 17 kg on a frequent basis, according to Minister of Health guidelines Will push or pull up to 13 kg of force on an occasional basis. Will push or pull up to 5 kg of force on a frequent basis. Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis. May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis. May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis. 20/40 vision in each eye (with or without correction) and the ability to distinguish between red, yellow and green is required. Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures. Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to; steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective jacket or apron and arm guards). All associates working on the production floor may be required to wear a respirator at any given time and thus, the ability to wear a respirator is a condition of employment and continued employment (requires little or no facial hair).
