- Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead the development and implementation of advanced data solutions to address complex business challenges
- Extensive proficiency in Python for advanced data manipulation, analysis, and visualization
- Experience with data analytics tools and frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, and Jupyter
- Design and implement scalable and efficient data pipelines and workflows
- Participate in code reviews and design sessions during Agile process Communicate key project data to team members and build team cohesion and effectiveness
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills
- Database query skills (eg, SQL)
- Strong analytic skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets
- Databricks, Spark and experience with big data technologies will be highly valuable Experience in agile software methodologies Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certification Healthcare experience is highly valued
