Job Description
- Serve as an advisor to customer and internal stakeholders, provide guidance on technology choices impacting significant technical direction.
- Lead projects with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to explore and understand client needs.
- Interact with other cross-functional teams to earn client trust and recognition as thought leaders.
- Participate in technical design work and critique technical documentation.
- Liaise with onshore and offshore teams and clients for resolving technical dependencies, issues, and risk.
- Able to clearly construct a to-be state robotic solution on UiPath based on business process inputs received from BA/ Client-side SMEs/Current Vendor
- Create code modularization plans to build solution and integrate modularized code.
- Identifying technical exceptions and propose handling.
- Provide solutions for creation and maintenance of bot credentials.
- Provide decision on type of Bot to be used (attended / unattended / Intelligent Bots) etc.
- Suggest connectivity mechanisms for best performance of RPA solution.
- Conduct tool and platform feasibility analysis to check technical fitment of specific process steps to RPA automation and assist in cost estimation.
- Able to call out technical risks and dependencies pertaining to RPA development and deployments and suggest mitigation tactics.
- Ability to handle a small team of BA, Sr. RPA Developers, Service Desk and lead them towards success, while maintaining client buy-in and support.
- Ability to handle Platform Administrator role and will work to configure roles with permissions to access features and assign the role to a user. Roles grant specific permissions to users, such as Bot Creators and Bot Runners.
- Primary Responsibility goal is to monitor and maintain the performance of systems, Orchestrator, and networks of UiPath.
Technology Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, UiPath Solution Architect and advanced RPA Developer certificate is mandatory.
- Total experience: 8-10 years with 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise scale automation projects and an experience in an IT Technical support role.
- At-least 2 years experience as a Solution Architect and 5 years of programming experience (scripting /coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development
- Experience in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure and AWS DevOps Practices, Robotics Enterprise (RE) Framework, mid to complex code development, application testing and component design.
- Experience with Process Analysis, Design, Development, and implementation of automated processes/bots following Agile methodologies, including CI/CD.
- Successful track record of implementing enterprise-level technology initiatives, including implementation of applications like Jenkins, Bitbucket, etc. to implement a CI/CD pipeline.
- Experience in installing, configuring and setup of UiPath Orchestrator, Licensing and trouble shooting.
- Provide guidance to client-side SMEs as to what should be the Ideal configuration of Cloud Client/Servers/Backup facilities and whole of hardware and software that will be required to install Orchestrator/Bot runners and bot creators.
- Monitoring applications and infrastructure components to ensure services level agreements (SLAs) are met, trends leading to problems are identified, proactive actions are taken; and, when needed, immediate problem management activities are addressed.
- Willing to work in an overlap of 4-5 hours of US mornings.
- Willing to work from office.
Qualifications :
- Should be a BE/BTech in Computer Science/IT or allied fields.
