Automation Engineer @ Apexon

Job Description

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript.
• Design and implement end-to-end test automation frameworks for mobile apps using Appium.
• Write and maintain unit tests using Jest.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Identify, record, and track bugs through to resolution.
• Optimize code for performance, quality, and scalability.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployments.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation related to automation frameworks and test coverage.

• Strong programming experience with TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in React Native for cross-platform mobile development.
• Hands-on experience with Appium for mobile app automation (iOS and Android).
• Experience with Jest for unit and integration testing.
• Good understanding of mobile testing strategies and best practices.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Experience working with REST APIs and mobile app debugging tools.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Knowledge of mobile app distribution and release processes.

• 5+years of experience in mobile development and/or automation testing.
