Short Description Quality Analyst for testing and supporting Human Resource Management Systems

Overview Testing for Human Resource Management systems: People Soft, Oracle, Service Now, Taleo, SAP etc.

Primary Responsibilities Responsible for test execution across various test phases for projects or day-to-day operations Responsible for identifying defects through the testing process. Partner with delivery team to find defects based on acceptance criteria as close to the development process as possible Works closely with Test Coordinators to ensure test execution follows the standardized process during project phases as well as for the on-going operations Write tests that will be either manually or automatically executed by testing team, business testers, or test automation processes and tools. Must grow subject matter expertise across products and projects Supports business testers as-needed in project or day-to-day operations testing. Utilize test and defect management software to perform tests based on the plan and report defects. Strong skills in organization, communication and problem solving Must be able to be open minded and flexible as the teams transition the way they work from waterfall formats to agile. Lead QA, System, and Regression testing activities within the delivery and test teams or with business testers. Execute tests in test plan within test management software. Record test results and log found defects in test management software Write tests to be used in manual and automated testing processes. Assist in troubleshooting issues with the business and development teams Support Test Coordinator to generate daily, weekly and test phase summary reports.

Must Have Skills Knowledge of Human Resource Management systems Testing Experience of Core HR, Payroll and Absence Management in People soft Problem Solving skills Strong Communication skills
